Important information

 

  • One modification = one single ticket

 

  • Tickets required on the day of your visit: original ticket + modified ticket

 

  • Non-exchangeable and non-refundable

 

  • Impossible to modify a ticket that has already been used

 

  • Modified ticket sent automatically by email (smartphone accepted)

This product allows you to change the time slot of your dated ticket, including :

 

  • Dated Promo Ticket
  • Night Visit Ticket
  • CSE Ticket
  • Showroomprivé Ticket
  • Invitation

 

Each ticket requires its own individual modification (€2.50 per ticket).

 

How does it work?

 

  1. Select the category corresponding to your ticket: Day Ticket or Night Ticket.
  2. Choose your new time slot in the calendar.
  3. Receive your new dated ticket immediately by email.

 

Your original ticket must be presented together with the modified ticket on the day of your visit.
